Order Management Representative - Entry Level


Job Description

  • Administrative responsibilities for existing services for the customers:
  • Keeping customer records up to date on active services
  • Processing new modification requests that require customer record update (additions /modifications / discos) - creating billable tickets.
  • Providing Account details to the customers
  • Processing cancelation requests in provisioning and with the customers
  • Handling customer success issues or problems that come up. If the issue can't be resolved on your own escalating to account management i.e., customer requests or projects.
  • Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing service quality.
  • Investigating input options / alternatives for ordering services from our vendors, while communicating with the customer       
  • Correspondence with the customer throughout the provisioning process     
  •  Working with the rest of the team on ordering any needed equipment and scheduling delivery dispatches, ensuring that everything is running on track. This includes helping coordinate with any 3rd parties involved in the project (ULCs, Vendors) even if the order was submitted by a higher level of provisioning team. 
  • Ensuring that all of the necessary information is provided to the team and to the customer throughout the process.
  • Final activation of a new product and updating the account
  • Ensuring that the order/project is moving along and escalating to the necessary parties.

Job requirements:

  • Advanced written and oral English skills -mandatory
  • Being capable of managing calls with vendors and customers.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Work, Excel etc), Adobe PDF and other basic business productivity software.
  • Working knowledge of IT system fundamentals and system management tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of networking principles and operating systems.
  • Ability to work closely with peers and other teams.
